尊敬的脊柱外科同道：

為增進脊柱畸形領域學術交流，探索最具挑戰性的脊柱畸形與翻修之寶貴經驗，由中華醫學會北京分會主辦，首都醫科大學附屬北京天壇醫院、國際IGASS學會、首都醫科大學骨外科學系、陸軍總醫院聯合承辦，南京鼓樓醫院協辦，中華醫學會骨科學分會脊柱外科學組、中國醫師協會骨科醫師分會脊柱專家工作委員會、北京醫學會骨科學分會脊柱學組和感染學組、中華外科雜志、中華骨科雜志、中國脊柱脊髓雜志、骨科在線學術支持，第七屆天壇國際脊柱暨TISF/IGASS聯合論壇-翻修＆畸形焦點 將于2018年5月26日在北京舉行。

繼2011年南京鼓樓醫院首次承辦IGASS中國論壇，7年后IGASS再次走入中國。本次TISF/IGASS論壇集中展現目前脊柱畸形與翻修領域國內外最新技術成果與臨床進展，深究不同類型脊柱畸形翻修之原因與策略，邀請國內外知名脊柱專家組成TISF/IGASS講師團（TISF/IGASS Faculty ），會議語言全程英文。

天壇國際脊柱論壇TISF自2012年創辦迄今已六屆，每屆均圍繞脊柱外科焦點問題展開，以專題演講及手術直播為特點，成為頗具特色之學術品牌。2017年天壇骨科獲批IGASS Fellowship Center，期待通過TISF平臺與全國同道再聚一堂，共同為中國脊柱外科發展出力！

Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends, 

Spinal Deformities are most challenging issue in spine world and associated revision would be faced to us probably. For providing the platform to share the innovative strategies, in 26 of May, 2018, 7th Tian Tan International Spine (TISF) and 1st TISF/IGASS Combined Forum -- Revision & Deformity Focus, will be organized by Beijing Tian Tan Hospital CMU, and co- organize with IGASS, PLA Army General Hospital, and Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital. 

IGASS, the international recognized spine family will meet with Chinese spine colleagues in 1st TISF/ IGASS since IGASS in China conducted by Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital in 2011 leaded by Prof. Yong QIU 7 years ago. 

Since 2012, TISF has been successfully organized for the last six years in the combination of keynote lectures and Surgical broadcast, functioned to share the valuable experiences, to promote scientific exchange in spinal world. IGASS will be joined with us to share the ideas, technologies and controversies issues for fixing the possiable difficulties from spinal deformities and revision.  

Moreover, 7th TISF/IGASS combined forum, the newest revision technologies and practical strategies in spine deformities will be discussed which is state of the art. TISF/IGASS Faculty is invited by the more famous experts in spinal deformity international and national members. The meeting language in Engish is essential.

About IGASS

IGASS is the internationally recognised and time-honoured organisation providing top level case based education in spine surgery. 

The distinguished faculty from all over the world runs the IGASS Forums, now given globally. The Forums are always based on case discussions set in the framework of Evidence Based Medicine. Standard cases as well as the most complicated pathologies and advanced surgical solutions are presented and discussed in detail by the Faculty with, most importantly, the attendees taking an active part.

The feedback after the Forums typically shows a high level of appreciation and satisfaction from the attendees. After the courses the cases are presented on the web, with summary comments on the treatment and its level of EBM support.

The free interchange of ideas originating from the complexity which so much characterizes spinal surgery is the spirit of IGASS. Prof.Yong Qiu and Prof. Baoge Liu are two spine surgeons from China involving in IGASS activities and to be IGASS Committee Member. Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Beijing Tian Tan Hospital CMU has became to IGASS Fellowship Center since 2017.
