Health Management Center

The Health Management Center (referred to as the center) of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, adheres to the concept of "prevention first, system prevention and treatment," relying on the National Clinical Medical Research Center for Neurological Diseases and the National Center for Quality Control of Neurological Diseases. With the National Center for Clinical Medical Research on Neurological Diseases and the National Center for Quality Control of Neurological Diseases as the driving force, the center is based on comprehensive quality control and standardization while improving the internal and external service quality to scientifically guide the service demand and focusing on the inheritance and development of culture and system construction. The center provides private and exclusive health services for clients.

With the advantageous and characteristic disciplines of Beijing Tiantan Hospital as the platform, the center provides scientific prevention planning and whole systematic management for major diseases of the nervous system (cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive disorders, Parkinson's and brain tumors, etc.) and common diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, and digestive system diseases. The testing program includes expert consultation and examination, cognitive function and mood scale assessment, chest CT, neck ultrasound and TCD, nigrostriatal ultrasound, coronary CTA, painless gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy, MRI, PET and genetic testing for major brain diseases with world-leading level. Furthermore, under the guidance of academic experts with significant international influence and special allowances from the Council, the team establishes a standardized database, combines the test results of hardware equipment with leading international level, conducts a scientific risk assessment and management, early diagnosis, and precise prevention based on guidelines and the latest academic progress, and realize dynamic management of the whole health process.

The center currently has 7 chief physicians, 6 deputy chief physicians, 9 attending physicians, 1 doctoral student, 4 master's students, and 5 examining physicians. The center has undertaken important tasks in academic activities, such as formulating national guidelines for the primary prevention of cerebrovascular diseases. In addition, the center set up its health management clinic earlier in China. With "respect, sharing, standardization, and innovation" as the guiding ideology, the center provides professional and precise prevention, health promotion, and management services.
